MEDIA/PHOTO/IMAGE STATEMENT/RELEASE – The National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) uses electronic and traditional media to include but not limited to: (e.g., photographs, video, audio footage, and testimonials) during the NOBLE National Conference and all attendees, visitors, speakers and guests are advised that during their attendance at the conference there will be photographs taken as well as audio/video recordings made of various activities, events, and sessions.
As an attendee I have been advised of this policy and grant NOBLE permission to utilize any photographs, audio, or video recordings of me in whole or in part, for promotional, commercial or any other purpose, in perpetuity worldwide in any media whether now known or hereafter created without any additional consideration. I also acknowledge that I will need to notify NOBLE of any circumstances that would impact my ability to adhere to this policy.
