As Executive Director, Jessie Lee is the representative of the Board of Directors in the management of NOBLE pursuant to the Constitution and Bylaws and in accordance with its mission, vision and values.

He is directly accountable to the Board of Directors in the implementation of the strategic plan and overall management of NOBLE. He provides leadership, strategic visioning, and guidance of NOBLE activities, and also represents NOBLE before government entities, professional organizations, and other community agencies.
