To ensure equity in the administration of justice in the provision of public service to all communities, and to serve as the conscience of law enforcement by being committed to justice by action.


VISION STATEMENT


The goal of NOBLE is to be recognized as a highly competent, public service organization that is at the forefront of providing solutions to law enforcement issues and concerns, as well as to the ever-changing needs of our communities.


Our National President
Dr. Cedric Alexander was sworn in as the 37th President of the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives at its 38th Annual Conference & Exhibition in Grand Rapids, MI.   He serves as the Public Safety
Director for DeKalb County, GA.
NOBLE Welcomes Our New Executive Director
Mr. Dwayne Crawford comes to NOBLE with a wealth of knowledge and experience in both the profit and non-profit arena.  He has done extensive work and has over 20 years of experience in marketing, sales, and revenue building. 
As a Senior Vice President with 100 Black Men of America, Inc., Mr. Crawford managed all external activities of the organization to include chapter development, community relations, fundraising, resource development, strategic planning and infrastructure expansion. He increased public support and revenue by 99% over a 5 year period and increased corporate and foundation giving by more than 100%.

Mr. Crawford is a graduate of Hampton University where he received his undergraduate degree in Computer Science. He earned his MBA in Marketing and Finance from New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business and he
is a graduate of the Bank of New York Corporate Management Program.

FBI Releases 2013 LEOKA Statistics
According to statistics collected by the FBI, 76 law enforcement officers were killed in line-of-duty incidents in 2013. Of these, 27 law enforcement officers died as a result of felonious acts, and 49 officers died in accidents. In addition, 49,851 officers were victims of line-of-duty assaults.
