It is truly a blessing to serve as the 34th President of NOBLE. It is an honor to have the opportunity to lead the most prestigious group of leaders and professionals in the world. Since becoming a NOBLE member, I have been passionate about the organization and its success, and I remain so today.
NOBLE is positioned to strengthen its stature as a preeminent law enforcement association and resource for the community. Over the next year, I plan to work toward improving the organization and leaving it better than it was when I received the distinguished honor of leading it. We must acknowledge where we have come from because it will establish the foundation of the road we still have to travel in the future. We will work to move forward initiatives from the past while implementing new strategies for the future.
